Programmed is seeking an experienced Fabrication & Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our metal fabrication and assembly departments. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of about 20, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to quality standards on the factory floor.
You will collaborate with senior management and production planning to improve workflows, drive efficiency and safety, and actively participate on the shop floor rather than from a desk.
