Mater is seeking a Midwifery Unit Manager for the Midwifery Group Practice in South Brisbane on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting January 2027. The MUM will lead the clinical and operational management of the program, ensuring culture, quality, safety and patient experience across the pregnancy journey. The role requires registered midwifery with AHPRA, advanced knowledge in antenatal to postnatal care, and proven leadership.
