With a newly established, larger training facility in Epping, they are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to take ownership of their training programs and help build technical capability across their Australian and international distributor networks.

With a newly established, larger training facility in Epping, they are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to take ownership of their training programs and help build technical capability across their Australian and international distributor networks.

What You'll Do

- Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of technical training programs and course materials.

- Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to technicians, distributors, sales representatives and internal teams.

- Develop and coordinate training schedules, course registrations, participant records and certification programs.

- Manage and coordinate activities within the training and demonstration facility, ensuring equipment, product components and resources are maintained and readily available.

- Act as a technical product expert, providing guidance on product applications, troubleshooting and technical enquiries.

- Work closely with sales, marketing,



engineering and product teams to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.

- Monitor training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics and ongoing program evaluations.

- Support and coordinate distributor training initiatives, including welcoming customers and partners to the Epping facility.

- Travel domestically and internationally, including approximately two trips to the United States per year.

About You

- Proven experience in technical training, application engineering, product management, service engineering or a similar technical role.

- Background in industrial manufacturing, engineering or technical products.

- Strong understanding of technical products and their applications, ideally within industrial spray equipment, pumps, and filtration.

- Experience developing and delivering technical training programs or product demonstrations.

- Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to different audiences.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across sales, engineering, marketing and distributor networks.

- Experience coordinating projects, managing training schedules and evaluating program effectiveness.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and relevant training or learning management systems.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Education, Training & Development, Communications or a related discipline.

- Able to work full-time onsite and with international teams and distributor networks, including opportunities to travel to the US twice a year.
