DP World Port Botany is seeking a Workforce Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. The role focuses on collating, evaluating, and delivering efficient workforce planning by managing daily rostering and leave planning in coordination with Operations and HR.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts on rotation during the term, based at Port Botany, NSW. You will forecast requirements, optimise resources, and support continuous improvement
