Piccolino is a contemporary Italian restaurant in Mount Waverley, Victoria seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen drive. You will lead a section, train five kitchen staff, and ensure consistent preparation, cooking and presentation for all menus.

You will manage stock and costs, contribute to menu development and uphold food safety standards. This full time role (38 hours/week) offers AU$80,000 per year, exclusive of superannuation.
