City of Launceston is seeking an Environmental Officer for Clean Air to own the Domestic Wood Smoke Plan and lead strategies that reduce winter smoke across the city. You’ll follow the data, engage with the community and drive measurable air quality improvements.
You will work with a team across Council, report to the Team Leader Environmental Health, and deliver inspections, investigations and enforcement under state legislation. This role involves after-hours work when required.
