Bega Group, based at the Smithfield site in Western Sydney, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to direct protected, efficient operations and drive quality across the site. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will support team performance, coach staff, and promote a culture of safety, accountability and engagement on the production floor.
The Smithfield site produces over 60 fruit juice, fruit drink and water ice products, around 110 million litres annually.
