Hastings People in Bondi is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our busy entertainment venue's bar, dining and events operations. You will drive guest experience, team engagement and operational performance in a rapid-paced environment.

Reporting to the Venue General Manager, you will oversee workforce planning, rostering and budgets while maintaining strict food safety and liquor licensing standards to ensure consistent service excellence across all guest touchpoints.
