RAFI URBNSURF, located in Sydney Olympic Park, seeks an experienced Head Waitstaff member to lead a restaurant section and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced premium dining workplace.

You will oversee service, train junior staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and RSA standards. This is a full-time position requiring weekend and evening work.
