Fosterville Gold Mine is seeking an experienced Mine Operations Superintendent to lead underground operations, driving secure, efficient and sustainable performance while building a high-performing team. You will deliver mine plan targets, oversee budgets and schedules, and ensure adherence to safety standards in a residential operation near Bendigo. Reporting to the Mining Manager, you will mentor staff, contribute to strategic planning, and manage contractor interfaces.
