Brunswick/Navico Group APAC is seeking an experienced technical support qualified to deliver Tier 2+ assistance across phone, email and on-site engagements. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex marine electronics systems, supporting dealers, OEMs and installers with warranty and service processes.

You will contribute to technical documentation and training materials, partnering with sales, operations and product teams while acting as a subject matter expert and escalation
