Manly Wharf is seeking a hands-on HR qualified to partner with venue leaders and team members. You’ll drive employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, training and recruitment, reporting to the Human Resources Manager based in Brisbane.
You will champion continuous improvement, manage our HRIS on a day-to-day basis, keep data accurate, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and engagement within our venues at Manly.
