The Bridge Bendigo is seeking an experienced Cook to join its kitchen team in Bendigo, VIC. You will prepare, season and cook pub-style and bistro meals following established recipes and presentation standards.

You will operate commercial ovens, grills and fryers, monitor temperatures, accommodate dietary requirements and assist with catering for functions and events. Full time role with salary $75,000–$85,000 per year plus Superannuation.
