Reporting to Managing Directors and working alongside the Agency, Videographer and Sales Manager. Mapping customer lifecycle, strengthen HubSpot nurture and lead handling, and aid connecting HubSpot various platforms so that data flows properly across the business.
Key responsibilities
Managing HubSpot contacts, lists, straightforward workflows and reporting, and assisting sales staff use it effectively
Creating and sending email campaigns, including newsletters, events and seasonal promotions
Planning and publishing organic social posts, responding to comments and messages
Updating website products, pricing, images and blog posts
Coordinating and managing instore and outside events
Coordinating instore jewellery, people and briefs for skilled shoots under management supervision
Keeping campaigns on schedule and providing a short monthly results report
Responding to requests for collateral and assistance for advertising agency
About you
2+ years hands on HubSpot experience, including email campaigns, lists and workflows
Strong writing, spelling and attention to detail
Evidence of competent creation using Canva or similar tools
Organised, practical and able to follow tasks through
Excited by what's current in marketing and AI
Happy to work on-site with our Canterbury HQ team
Retail, jewellery or luxury experience is welcome, but not essential
