Schindler Lifts Australia Pty Limited is seeking an Industrial Relations Specialist to provide practical advice and support enterprise bargaining across our national business. You will work with the Head of HR, HR team and operational leaders to navigate complex workplace matters with commercial judgement.

You’ll translate developments into explicit guidance and tools for leaders, build relationships with stakeholders, and support investigations, disputes and Fair Work Commission proceedings.
