Dicey, our crypto casino and sportsbook platform, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to run day-to-day people operations across a globally distributed team with care and discretion. You’ll report to the COO, collaborate with Recruitment, IT and Finance, own Rippling as our HRIS, manage Deel EOR workflows, support US/UK/Australia entities, and scale HR processes across time zones using AI and automation.
