Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the people side of a global transformation across ANZ. You will partner with business leaders, product, operations, technology, and global stakeholders to ensure readiness for recent capabilities and lasting outcomes.

This maximum-term contract runs until 31 December 2028 and offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
