The role focuses on hands-on training, classro om instruction and ongoing curriculum improvement through collaboration with instructional designers and SMEs.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of instructor-led training experience in a manufacturing setting, plus solid Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with e-learning tools.
