ProClinical is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead the Australian operations of a growing clinical research organisation. You will oversee national operations, drive P&L; performance, and work with the executive team to execute growth strategies across multiple sites.
You'll develop leadership teams, ensure regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP and Australian requirements), manage stakeholders including sponsors and CROs, and shape the strategic direction of the Australian business.
