The Wharf Restaurant & Bar in Sydney’s Walsh Bay is seeking a full time Sous Chef to join the Theatre Bar kitchen team and shape the next chapter of our food offering.

Based at the Sydney Theatre Company, you will lead, mentor, and collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver beautifully presented dishes for restaurant and event service, while supporting cost control and kitchen operations. A strong learning mindset and full Australian working rights are essential.
