About the Role:
You’ll be working with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large regional businesses, advising on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. The role offers a excellent mix of advisory and transactional work, including M&A;, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate restructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters
- Managing M&A; transactions, business sales, and acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and terms of business
- Supporting clients with corporate governance, restructuring, and company law advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
Requirements:
- UK qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate & Commercial Law
- Strong technical knowledge and experience handling complex transactions
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, client-first approach
- Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
