Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to support older people in Taree, Forster or Gloucester. The role is permanent part time, 20 hours per week, with hourly remuneration of $41.22–$57.88 plus superannuation and incentives. You will coordinate and deliver person-centred care in the Transitional Aged Care Program, helping patients recover and return home with a multidisciplinary team.
