Responsibilities/Duties:

- Manage workflow from service to workshop
- Contribute to the setup of the workshop and parts department
- Conduct minor repairs and servicing
- Prepare new machines for sale
- Perform mechanical repairs and contribute to new build/modifications

Requirements:

- Heavy vehicle/machinery mechanical trade qualification required
- Essential experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3-5 years of similar Leading Hand experience required




- 3/1 & 2/2 roster options available
- Solid knowledge of Heavy Duty Equipment
- Competency in routine maintenance on machines
- Driver's license, HR preferred
- Desirable Forklift/High-risk work licenses
- Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced workplace
- Must pass a Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test
- Australian work rights required for this position
