IRT Group in Recent South Wales operates a central production kitchen delivering nutritious meals to aged care facilities. We are seeking a Full Time Chef reporting to the Production Manager, working Monday to Friday on rotating start times.

You will prepare and cook large-volume meals, operate kettles, ovens and blast chillers, ensure HACCP compliance, monitor temperatures, and support stock control. Experience with cook-chill systems is valued.
