AUSPAN is seeking an experienced Turnkey Engineering & Detailing Lead to drive drafting and detailing delivery across multiple commercial and industrial projects. You will lead a small team, coordinate with engineers and project teams, and guide the detailing from preliminary drafting to fabrication documentation.

You will mentor drafters and detailers, maintain high standards, and work within a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment offering flexible hybrid arrangements and a profit-share
