Protecht Group is seeking an OT/IT & Continuous Improvement (DICI) Manager to lead PCS, IT/OT infra, automation projects, and site improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, SHE and Engineering to improve reliability, efficiency, safety and plant performance, applying Lean, Six Sigma and TPM methodologies across CAPEX and improvement programs.
