The University of Newcastle is seeking a dynamic Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team at Callaghan Campus. You will provide expert consultancy to senior managers, HR partners, WHS, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.

In this continuing full time role, you will triage and manage workplace relations cases, develop strategies with the Associate Director, and lead negotiations, policy development, and performance management
