Knight Fuel Pty Ltd operates a busy restaurant at Julia Creek Roadhouse, Julia Creek, Rural Queensland, seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front of house and back of house teams.

The role is full time (38+ hours) with responsibility for menu planning, bookings, stock control, supplier orders, budgeting, safety, service quality and staff development. Salary is $75,000–$85,000 plus superannuation.
