Approach Consulting is partnering with an established Defence manufacturer to recruit a Health, Safety & Compliance Business Partner. You will operate on the factory floor, providing practical WHS guidance to production, warehouse and engineering teams while maintaining compliance.
Reporting to the HSEQ Lead, this hands-on role requires strong stakeholder engagement, incident investigations and continuous improvement of safety systems within a busy manufacturing setting.
