Alignerr is seeking experienced management and leadership instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on organizational behavior and leadership reasoning. This remote, versatile contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and the chance to shape how AI understands human leadership.

You will review scenarios, critique AI reasoning related to team dynamics and organizational design, and provide structured feedback to guide AI toward more seasoned leadership thinking.
