Converse is seeking a Brisbane-based Store Manager & Regional Manager to lead five Queensland-based retail stores and drive performance toward budgets and KPIs. You will oversee wage alignment, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration across planning, merchandising, and marketing.
Based at the Brisbane Authentic Factory Outlet, you will travel weekly to Jindalee and Gold Coast, and monthly to Cairns, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work.
