Uniting AgeWell in Melbourne's East is seeking a Community Manager for a 12-month fixed term to lead our independent retirement living communities. You will oversee operations, resident services, and occupancies across 150 living units in the Eastern portfolio.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, resolve complaints, and drive customer engagement, ensuring high standards of care and service for residents and visitors. Australian working rights required.
