YOUR ROLE As a KEY part of this

Corporate/leveraged/structured/trade/project, construction/ECA finance

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:

have 3-10+ years PAE experience ( associate-senior associate ) in banking/finance law with a 1st/2nd-tier firm or specialist boutique firm or in-house;

have strong research/technical legal skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;

have outstanding people+leadership skills;

proven ability to take ownership of your own files + manage client relationships;
