The Clancy Group is seeking a proactive R&M; Supervisor to oversee water distribution teams under the Southern Water contract in Horsham. You will monitor performance, mentor staff and ensure safe, productive operations with a focus on zero-harm safety culture.
Candidates should have supervisory experience in construction/utilities, a UK driving licence, and ideally Street Works (NRSWA) accreditation. A management qualification is preferred to support team development.
