Sorrento Restaurant and Bar in Airlie Beach is seeking a skilled Chef/Cook to join our busy kitchen team. The role is full-time and based at Shop 20 1-3 Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach.

We require a robust background in Italian and Australian cuisine, the ability to plan menus, prepare, season and cook to high standards, and to train junior kitchen staff under pressure. You must have Australian work experience in a busy restaurant, be familiar with health and safety regulations, and be prepared to
