Unison Solar Energy is hiring a Process Quality & Improvement Engineer to shape and embed quality controls across manufacturing. You will lead quality processes, collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Laboratory and R&D; to reduce defects and improve yield.
You will apply PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA/GR&R; and capability studies, driving data-based improvements and a culture of continuous improvement within a diverse team.
