The practice takes a consolidated approach across acquisition, financing, planning, development, construction, ownership, sales and leasing, which keeps timeframes and costs under control for clients. It is looking for a mid-level Sydney lawyer with around 3-5 years' post-admission experience.

About the role

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for sale,



option agreements, development agreements and leases
- Conducting due diligence and preparing due diligence reports
- Advising clients through the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposal of commercial property assets
- Managing matters from initial structuring through to completion and post-completion implementation
- Increasingly leading negotiations with counterparties and their advisers

What you'll bring

- Around 3-5 years' PAE in commercial property, gained in private practice
- Admission to practise in Australia
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Excellent analytical skills and strong commercial judgement
- Excellent drafting, communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, cooperative approach and a genuine passion for property and development law

- Acquisitions, development, leasing and financing across property sectors
