Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale, service-wide initiatives within the PMO. You will oversee planning, budgets, stakeholder engagement and delivery, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will drive advantages realisation, guide change initiatives and mentor junior staff while contributing to key organisational priorities. This role supports relocation to Adelaide, SA.
