Downer Rail & Transit Systems (RTS) is delivering one of Australia’s largest rail manufacturing programs from a current Torbanlea facility. We seek an experienced Methods Engineering Manager to lead production optimisation, manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement across the QTMP project.

You will lead a team of engineers, drive lean manufacturing and standardised processes, and collaborate with production, safety and development teams to ensure capability aligns with build requirements.
