gforce is a not-for-profit community organisation driving workforce opportunities in Geelong. We are seeking a Senior Accountant/Analyst to join our team at the new Geelong Head Office, focusing on month-end reporting, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial analysis for the Executive Leadership Team.

You will manage month-end and year-end close, assist budgets and forecasts, identify control gaps, and strengthen financial governance across our multi-entity workplace.
