C&H; Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for a FIFO role based in Port Hedland, WA. The position oversees daily operations, safety, productivity and compliance, with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster.

You will lead site personnel, coordinate workforce planning, and ensure adherence to site procedures and safety standards, requiring S26 qualification and mining/logistics leadership experience.
