Pacific National in Australia is seeking a Reliability Engineering Manager to lead locomotive reliability across our fleet. You will drive reliability strategies, governance and data-driven improvements to maximise availability and asset performance.

You will lead a team of fleet engineers, collaborate with maintenance, operations and OEMs, and deliver cost-effective, whole-of-life asset optimisation through RCA, FMEA and predictive maintenance.
