YOUR NEW EMPLOYER Our client is a

(WC).

YOUR CURRENT ROLE Reporting to the Managing Partner & General Manager, as the

HEAD WC practice leader , leading a team of 6 (4 law clerks+2 admins), you will relish the

autonomy+ variety +satisfaction of your strategic high-level 4-dimensional role:

primarily

overseeing, leading, mentoring, training, performance managing your team to ensure the

practice is running efficiently and optimally

meeting the firm’s standards+expectations;

client relationship management -including onboarding+ resolving any complaints;

attendance at

Court/PIC

as required;

partaking in

business development/marketing

supported by management to further grow the practice.

Are a personal injury SOLICITOR

with MINIMUM 5-10+ years’

post-admissionexperience including in

workers compensation (essential) ;

Wish to get out of the dull grind (ie day to day grunt work of case management) & elevate yourself to a

leadership/practice management

role with none of your own personal files;

have strong

technical

knowledge of relevant legislation/case law+procedures, proven experience having managed your

own WC files

from start to finish & solid
