CommBank is seeking a friendly Concierge at the Narellan Branch to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet customers, understand their enquiry and guide them to the appropriate channel while delivering a warm and informative service. You will showcase in-branch technology and digital banking options, build genuine connections, and help ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently so customers leave satisfied with their experience. This role is full time, 38 hours per week.
