We are seeking a hands-on Brand Manager to help shape our brand story, build awareness and bring product launches to life. Working closely with our founders and commercial team, you will turn ideas into action in a rapid-paced, evolving environment. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, adapting quickly and taking ownership from planning through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and deliver the brand marketing plan, activity calendar and approved budget.
- Lead campaigns, product launches and creative delivery with agencies and suppliers.
- Manage social, content, influencer, PR and digital activity to grow awareness and engagement.
- Partner with sales on pharmacy promotions, sampling, point of sale and product education.
- Support ecommerce conversion and repeat purchase through compelling content and campaigns.
- Use consumer, category and competitor insights to guide brand and product decisions.
- Track marketing spend and results, and recommend improvements.
- Establish practical briefing, approval,



asset management and reporting processes.
- Support international marketing opportunities as required.

About you

- Minimum three years' brand marketing experience in beauty, skincare, personal care or a similar FMCG category.
- Experience delivering campaigns and launches across retail and digital channels.
- Understanding of pharmacy or comparable retail channels and ecommerce.
- Strong commercial, budget management, communication and project management skills.
- Accustomed to a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt, prioritise and deliver within a lean team.
