AGL is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a 12-month max term role in Docklands, VIC. You will manage inquiries from commercial and industrial customers via email and calls, resolving issues at first contact or through case management to ensure a positive experience.
You'll work with the BDMs and service teams to meet contractual obligations, proactively communicate, and drive improvements in processes and automation to deliver superior service across stakeholders.
