Endeavour Group's Jimboomba Tavern is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to act as 2IC to the Venue Manager. This hands-on leadership role oversees operations across the bar, bistro and gaming lounge, mentoring junior duty managers and driving guest experience in a high-volume venue.
You will step up toward a future Venue Manager role, own daily performance, ensure safety, service speed and energy, and build a solid team culture. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are required.
