Central Coast Council NSW is seeking an Organisational Change Lead Specialist to drive change management initiatives across the organisation. You will work with the People and Culture Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop communication and support enabling employees and leaders to adopt change effectively.
The role requires a degree in HR/OD/change management or equivalent experience, with certification (Prosci/CCMP) and solid knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter, etc.
