YouwillberesponsibleforsupportingEthernet,DWDM,switching,HFC,networkintegration,augmentation,andupgrades,aswellasconductingfieldauditsandensuringconnectqualityandDeliveryPartnerperformanceacrossservices.

Thisroledemandshigh-levelfieldsupport,whichwillincludefrequentintra&interstatetravel;(oftenatshortnotice),scheduledafter-hourswork,andparticipationinanon-callrostertorespondtourgentescalations.

Roleexpectations

ThisroleinvolvesfieldmanagementandnetworkassuranceacrossNBN’spassiveandactiveinfrastructure,withastrongemphasisonHFC(HybridFibre-Coaxial)DWDM,Ethernetandrouting.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillberesponsibleforoverseeingassuranceactivitiesandexecutingnetworkelementupgradesontheactivenetwork.
Theroledemandson-sitetechnicalsupport,resolutionofescalations,andadeepunderstandingofCorenetwork,HFCarchitecture,RFfundamentalsandoperations.
FamiliaritywithFTTPtechnologiesandarobustgraspofHFCsystemswouldbehighlybeneficialtoensureeffectivenetworkperformanceandupgradedelivery.
