Lucas Collective is seeking Bartenders to join Grill Americano in Melbourne on a casual basis. Bring your cocktail skills and passion for guest service to deliver outstanding drinks and experiences.

The role requires 2+ years as a cocktail bartender, knowledge of cocktails, and Victorian RSA certification. You'll work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays, with paid training and staff discounts.
